Ghost Hunter Presented by Wilderness Athlete

Welcome to the 2027 NRL Hunter Season. The Ghost Hunter Presented by Wilderness Athlete is located at the historic Gunsite in Paulden Arizona. Gunsite is a 3200-acre facility with onsite pro shop, gunsmith, and camping area. This is a major training facility so EYEPRO will always be required on the range side. Failure to comply will lead to dismissal from the match. I suggest getting some antifog and using it.  They will have multiple training course running during the same time so stay on the roads and follow the signs. The speed limit is also enforced, and violators will also risk dismissal from the match. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the range side of the facility. All participants must have a current wavier on file to access the facility. https://portal.optimumhq.com/oesp/beginPanel.jsp?surveyId=10062&sampleId=62997 Camping on Gunsite is by reservation only with limited RV sites available. Register here. https://www.gunsite.com/classes/camping/ if you wish to camp on Gunsite.

Target distances range from 100 to 1000 yards and everything in between. Side stages may reach out to 1500 yards. The current DA has been around 4500 with temps from 20 to 60 degrees with chances of rain/snow.  Competitors will be shuttled into the hunting area so plan accordingly as access to vehicles will not be available during the match. Transportation stage to stage is via foot with easy hiking conditions as the entire course is shot off the same ridgeline. Cell Service is good throughout most of the facility.  Plan on completing 18 stages total with 11 the first day and 7 the second. Total round count to be 144 rounds plus more for site in and side stages. If you have family, friends or fans they are more than welcome to come and hang out after signing a Waiver. They will be required to stay for the duration as the gate will be lock until we start shuttling people back out.

100 yd Zero range and registration will be available on Friday from 12 to 5.  No extended distances available so proof your dope before you come. You cannot shoot anywhere on Gunsite other than our dedicated ranges with Range Officers present.  Vender booths and side stages will be available to the competitors on Friday during check-in. Bring cash as some are pay to play (Special Operations Foundation Wolf $20) Independence Training will be hosting a medical class free of charge to the competitors and staff at 5PM after registration in the campground. Bring your boo boo kits...

We will have catered box lunches during the day as well as water and snacks located throughout the course.

We appreciated all of your support and look forward to seeing you. This will be our 5th season. Bring your A game and solid understanding of your gear. We are notoriously known as a hard match and plan to keep it that way. We look forward to testing you and teaching you ways to improve.
